Our tidy chicken tractors are perfect for use in your backyard or small pasture. Measuring only 4' x 6', the Egg Cart'n is a comfortable fit for 10 to 12 hens. The Egg Cart'n Mini is a downsized version that holds 4 to 5 hens. They feature an upstairs with a perforated floor and nests for your chickens to lay their eggs. Ample space is provided for your chicken's feed and water. They also have a chicken stairway to provide access to the "downstairs" for grazing and scratching for bugs.

To move the Egg Cart'n to a fresh spot, simply raise it on its four wheels by pushing down on the tongue until it latches in the up position. Move it to a fresh spot and lower the unit to the ground. To move the Egg Cart'n Mini, pull up on the double

handles to raise the frame and roll the tractor forward to fresh spot of grass.

Our chicken tractors provide year-round shelter for your hens, in most climates. In warm weather, the end panels can be removed to provide adequate ventilation to keep the upstairs comfortable. In cold weather they can be closed on all four sides by installing the skirting around the mesh at the bottom to cut down cold draft.

For the times that you want your chickens to run and scratch outside the pen you simply raise the small slide gate to let them out. When they return for roosting at sundown you close the gate to provide a predator-safe haven for your little flock.
